We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within our state. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.
Shipping Cost
The amount indicated for shipping, reflects estimates for home delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include shipping & handling charges based on the sales order amount.(Note) Larger items will be wood crated and shipped by common carrier and freight charges will be based on weight, zip code, residential or commercial address.
Shipping Time
You can expect your product to be shipped within 48 to 72 hours after we receive it. Currently we do ship to Canada and worldwide location extra fee's will apply. All custom orders received may take up to 4 weeks for shipment depending on inventory and or type of job.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Shipping Label. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, the item must be shipped insured. In order to maintain the service you’ve come to expect from us, a returns processing fee may be applied. Any damaged products must be reported to the common carrier immediately.(Note)Any custom ordered products maybe excluded from refund.
