We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you should email us immediately to explain & arrange its return. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any undamaged merchandice within 30 days. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment.Shipping Cost
The amounts indicated for shipping, reflect estimates for home delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges. However, your actual shipping charges will be based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging and insurance charges. In cases where more than one item is ordered, you total shipping cost might be lower than what is calculated on your online order statement. We ship USPS and/or UPS.
Delivery Times
You can expect delivery in 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the USA or Canada. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. All deliveries will require a signature.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package, the item must be shipped insured, signature required to the address below, shipment without an RMA it will be refused. In order to maintain the service you’ve come to expect from us, a returns processing fee may be applied.
