Our Promise
We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.Shipping Cost
The amounts indicated for shipping reflect estimates for standard, ground delivery within the continental United States. Please specify with your order if you wish a faster, more expensive method of shipping be used. Delivery Times
We will send an item out within 2-3 days of receiving an order, but cannot make any promises on how long the shipper will take to get the package to you. Usually, it seems that you can expect delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of the USA or Canada. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. All deliveries will require a signature. Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive an order, promptly examine it for any damage, and to make sure it is what you expected. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 5 days. Then ship the item back to us within 14 days with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package, the item must be shipped insured, signature required to the address below. Shipment without a RMA # or beyond 14 days from date of delivery will be refused. In order to maintain the service you’ve come to expect from us, a returns processing fee may be applied. |
