Our number one goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund (less shipping and handling) or credit within 30 days. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer concerning any complaint or adjustment, and to always be considerate of the customer's point of view. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.Sales Tax
We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to addresses within our state. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.
Shipping Cost
All shipping and handling costs are based on US Postal Service Priority Mail rates including insurance and delivery confirmation. If you wish to have your order shipped via an alternate method, such as UPS or FedEx etc. or for orders outside the Continental U.S. and all International Destinations, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping Time
For all products that we stock in house, we will ship your order within 3-5 days. If you have a custom or personalized order, it may take more time as each item is handcrafted and personalized for the client.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive your order, please review it and make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). Then ship the item to us with a copy of your receipt and include the RAN# on the outside of the package. The item must then be shipped insured, with delivery confirmation. A shipment without a RAN#, no insurance or delivery confirmation will be refused. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
