Our Promise
We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase within 30 days. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.Sales Tax
We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within our state. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.
Shipping Cost
The amounts indicated for shipping, reflect estimates for home delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges. However, your actually shipping charges will be based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging and insurance charges. In cases where more than one item is ordered, you total shipping cost might be lower than what is calculated on your online order statement.
Delivery Times
You can expect delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some items will take 2 to 3 weeks and you will be able to determine that when you order as these items will be marked as such. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the USA or Canada. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. All deliveries will require a signature.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package, the item must be shipped insured, signature required to the address below, shipment without a RMA will be refused. In order to maintain the service you’ve come to expect from us, a returns processing fee may be applied.
